One (1) used 5" PTI Trident Series extruder, model 5000, 28:1 L/D, electrically heated, air cooled, 5 barrel zones, jacketed feed section, 17.11 gearbox ratio, 300 hp AC motor, with gravimetric material loader and Dynisco hydraulic screen changer.
One (1) used 3.5" PTI Trident Series extruder, model 3500, 28:1 L/D, electrically heated, air cooled, 4 barrel zones, jacketed feed section, 22.189 gearbox ratio, 150 hp AC motor, with gravimetric material loader and Dynisco manual screen changer.
One (1) used 2.5" PTI Trident Series extruder, model 2500, 32:1 L/D, electrically heated, air cooled, 5 barrel zones, jacketed feed cestion, 17.53 gearbox ratio, 50 hp AC motor with gravimetric material loader and Dynisco manual screen changer.

One (1) 84" wide PTI 3 roll sheet stack, up stack design with 24" diameter chrome bottom roll, 40" diameter chrome middle and top rolls, individually driven rolls with 3 hp AC motor, with 4 zone temperature control unit.
One (1) used approx. 50' long cooling conveyor, with edge trim and center slit station.
Two (2) used Rapid model G37 granulators with inclined belt discharge conveyor.
Two (2) used Videojet Excell printers.
One (1) used PTI 84" wide rubber nip pull roll stand.
