Product Description:
One (1) used Klockner Tevopharm flow wrapper, model Pack 2000. Consists of infeed table, folding box, foil tower, sealing table, crimper group, discharge table. The wrapping capacity depends on the film speed, quality of film and size of product. Max speed crimpers: 75 packs per minute with 1 crimper per shaft, max film speed 35 meters per minute, max temp seal discs 350 deg C, max temp end crippers 350 deg C, max film reel width 450 mm, max film reel diameter 450mm, film reel inner core diameter 76 mm. Built 2000. The Overwrapper consists of a TB-140 infeed conveyor system, Overwrapper Pack-2000, and a VS-2 discharge conveyor. The system contains several servomotors that control the motion and speed of the conveyors and mechanisms. Has Allen Bradley PLC Controls. s/n 4554-1222, new 2000.
