ONE (1) Used IMA Model F87 Automatic Filling, Plugging, and Capping Machine. The F87 is an alternating machine with mechanical movement and automatic operation. The bottles are fed by a conveyor belt into the pits of the auxiliary wheel which transfers them to the main job wheel. The filling is done by pumps and valves which hold the product until it is time for it to be pumped into the bottles through the nozzles. Closing is done by operating heads which are supplied with closures by feeders connected to the machine.
Machine speed approx. 6000 pcs/hr, currently running 10 mL, complete with feeders and conveyor, Serial No. 87039, built in 1995, 415 volt, 50 Hz, absorbed power 4.5 Kw, weight 1600 Kg.
