One (1) used 125 gallon Lee Industries turbo emulsifier vacuum kettle, model 250U12S, stainless steel construction, 36" diameter x 24" straight side, removable dish top, dish bottom, rated 15 PSI/full vacuum @ 250 F internal, jacketed for 100 PSI @ 338 F, double motion agitator with side wall scrape driven by 7.5 hp 230/460 volt, center top entering high shear mixer driven by 15 hp 230/460 volt motor, 8" hand hole, (6) 1.5" top nozzles, 2" center bottom outlet, xp motors on legs, serial# B9352A, National Board# 5958, new 1994.
