100 Mm Baker Perkins Compounding Line
ONE (1) Used 100 MM Baker Perkins twin screw compounding pelletizing line consisting of the following:

(1) 100 MM Baker Perkins twin screw extruder, model MPC/V, 55" long, clamshell design barrel, oil heated with 125 HP DC motor thru gearbox.
(1) Approx. 6" single screw extruder with 20 HP DC motor and pelletizing die.
(1) Underwater fly knife pelletizer driven by 10 HP motor with water table.
(1) Gala spin dryer driven by 5 HP motor.
(1) Accurate volumetric feeder.
(1) Vibramatics model BD8 line bottom hopper.
System built in 1974.

ONE (1) Used 100 MM Baker Perkins Twin Screw Compounding Extruder, Model MP-100MM-DE-XLT, 100MM/68.5MM tapered screws, co-rotating, electrically heated, water cooled barrel with (6) 360 MM barrel sections, approximately 72" long 100 MM section tapered to approximately 18.65" long 68.5 MM section, to give approximately 25 L/D, with feed section, (2) vented sections with one plugged and (3) non-vented sections, 500 RPM screw speed with 125 HP DC motor with full control panel and SCR controller, with spare set of screws with shafts and miscellaneous spare screw elements, Serial No. 65376.
